J.P. Morgan

Independent software vendors

When J.P. Morgan acquired the fintech startup WePay, they were under obligation to offer the same functionality, but on their existing systems. design process

Leveraging a mix of legacy audits and stakeholder expertise, I aligned WePay’s core user goals with our internal design standards. This collaborative approach ensured that the designs remained grounded in proven user goals while adhering to our evolving portal experience.

impacts

Through iterative testing across multiple design system changes, I validated an experience that aligned business goals with core user success metrics. Having solidified the foundational direction, I successfully transitioned the project to a design team to focus on the broader portal ecosystem where the feature set will reside.

stakeholder collab

By partnering closely with Product to visualize complex user journeys, I transformed abstract requirements into tangible designs that secured critical stakeholder buy-in. This transparent collaboration ensured our goals were aligned with a shared vision that third-party partners could easily get on board with.
